Network and computer system technician

MTDS is recruiting a network and computer system technician with Bac +3 training with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in the field

Your daily missions will be as follows:

  • Integration and administration of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Integration and administration of Cisco or similar network solutions: switches, routers and access points.
  • Installation of telecom equipment: routers/modems for internet customers.
  • Analysis and resolution of technical incidents of clients’ IT assets.
  • Customer support for requests and technical incidents via a ticketing and tracking system.
  • Writing technical documentation and procedures as needed.
  • Maintaining customer platforms in operational condition within the framework of maintenance contracts.
  • Deployment of technical platforms for the various new projects while respecting the directives of the hierarchy.

Technical skills required:

  • Systems: Windows, Linux.
  • AZURE / AD.
  • Networks: Cisco ASR, Catalyst, Meraki.
  • Routing and switching (medium or advanced level).
  • Security: antiviral solutions, firewalls.
