Khadamatfes.ma: Connects citizens with social service providers in the city of Fès

Today, there is a significant number of public actors and civil society organizations that provide services to support people in need in the city of Fez. However, the challenge is finding and contacting them!

MTDS has recently developed an application that helps solve this problem. It is an interactive database that allows users, including both citizens and social workers, to access services by location, theme (e.g., legal aid, health, employment services...) or type of service.

Khadamatdes.ma was launched in October 2012, by USAID Morocco, through the SANAD project.

The Moroccan Association Carrefour d’Initiatives de Communication, d’Information et de Documentation currently manages the khadamatfe.ma site and ensures the database is kept up to date.
