Network & Systems Implementation and Support Engineer

MTDS, a company specialized in information technology and digital services, is seeking an experienced Network & Systems Implementation and Support Engineer to strengthen its technical team.

Job Description

As part of its growth, MTDS is looking for a skilled and motivated Network & Systems Implementation and Support Engineer to join its technical team. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions for our clients, while providing high-level technical support and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, deployment, and configuration of network and system solutions at client sites.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to internal and external users.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to IT infrastructure.
• Ensure support and IT outsourcing for client accounts under maintenance contracts.

Profile Required

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, networks, or equivalent (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (professional level).

Required Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of network environments (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, BGP, OSPF).
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions.
• Good understanding of IT security issues (firewalls, antivirus, access policies).
